What is your Provisioning Time?
We have auto-provisioning and automatic install configured on most our servers. We provision most servers within 1 hour of placing a fraud-verified order. If manual provisioning, maximum of 24 hours. In rare cases, due to heavy demand situation we might take upto 7 days to deploy. But we will inform this upfront and we will postpone your server renewal date as per the delay in deployment. (You'll only pay for the days/months/years you use the server)
Will you give additional IPs?
Yes, for €3 per IP per month. Please note that proper justification needs to be provided and we have a very strict spam tolerance policy (for curtailing mischievous motivations)
What is your port speed? Can I push maximum speed in it?
We provision Bare Metal only on Unshared Ports. This means that your ports will have complete access to the traffic bandwidth allocated to you. You can have 100% utilization and still have smooth performance.
Not a lot of other Dedicated Server vendors do this. We never oversell our bandwidth for our Bare Metal Servers.
Can I announce my own IPs?
Yes, we provide you the capacity to announce your own IPs. With a nominal one-time setup fee of EUR 50. We can also announce your own ASN. Please note that for this, you need to rent a private switch with us.
What is your uptime guarantee?
We provide a 99.999% uptime guarantee with our Dedicated Servers. Our top-tier datacenter and resilient network backbone supports our offerings. This means your servers are online all the time, just as they should be. For additional information, please see our Terms of Service.
Is the Bare Metal Server DDoS protected?
We offer DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) protection upto 20Gbps traffic range.
