HostCircleAcceptable Use Policy

ZERO Spam Tolerance Policy

HostCircle will not tolerate spam of any kind including, but not limited to, e-mail, Instant messaging, Usenet binaries, telephone and fax. If we find any website/customer using our service to send Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE), it will result in immediate termination of services offered by HostCircle. A user shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the written permission of the site.

HostCircle has the right to impose charges on any client if found spammed as a part of clearing fees. The charges levied cannot be disputed and the sole authority lies with HostCircle Inc.

DMCA Violation

HostCircle complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright laws. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy against the unauthorized hosting, distribution, or live streaming of copyrighted materials, including but not limited to live sporting events (e.g., football/soccer matches), movies, and television broadcasts.

Immediate Action for Live Streams:

Due to the time-sensitive nature of live broadcasts, any account found to be transmitting or hosting unauthorized live streams will be terminated immediately and without prior notice. The standard 24-hour DMCA response window does not apply to live broadcast infringements.

For non-live DMCA complaints, HostCircle will forward the notice to the client. Failure to resolve the infringement within 24 hours will result in immediate network nullification or account termination at HostCircle's sole discretion.

NOTE: All DMCA complaints must be sent along with a digital signature of the respective owners to [email protected]

Abuse

Users are responsible for the proper secure configuration of their services and are responsible for any damages caused by their neglect or exposure of vulnerabilities whether intentional or unintentional. Hacking, cracking, distribution of viruses, fraudulent activities, network sabotage, pyramid schemes, phishing, and/or any conduct deemed illegal or unwanted shall be subject to suspension or termination of services provided by HostCircle. We strictly prohibit

• IRC Hosting or Services of any kind
• Child Pornography or any other harmful content (such as Child Abuse, Child Hatred) against Children
• Warez, Hackz, Torrents or Serialz sites.
• Terrorism, Hatred speech, Willful violation of stipulated law
• Illegal content or activities
• DOS/ Denial of Service (ZERO tolerance)

HostCircle reserves the right to terminate any hosting account or dedicated or managed Server or Colocation account or any other service offered by HostCircle, that has been the target of a Denial of Service or similar type of attack.

Remuneration

HostCircle has the right to collect fees from any user at its own discretion to clean-up or repair of any damaged devices, black listings, service interruptions, etc.

Network

No users are allowed to send any type of malicious high packet load or disruptive network traffic; Doing so will immediately result in termination of the services provided by HostCircle.

HostCircle has the right to add/remove/modify the "AUP" or "Acceptable Use Policy" from time to time, any provision of this Policy at any time without notice.
